An out of this world watch with the materials and technology to match.
Since its humble beginnings as a luxury watch brand, URWERK continues to operate under the fascination of incorporating all-black styles into its precious metal designs. While the case shapes and technology change with each collection, the mantra of creating strikingly complex remains its focus. URWERK Geneve is proud to unveil the new limited-edition UR-100V Full Black Titanium, featuring a stealth-like style that highlights the raw beauty of its materials.
With a case design crafted from black DLC-treated titanium, the 41mm case design showcases sharp lines and edges that give off a futuristic feel. Controlling and setting the watch is done through a matte black crown fit just above the 12 o’clock position. Beneath its domed sapphire crystal lies its complex skeleton dial, rotating at the center to decipher the hour while the bottom gauge tracks minutes. The list of functions on the UR-100V Full Black Titanium includes satellite hours/minutes, rotational distance at the equator in 20-minutes, and orbital distance in 20-minutes. The caliber providing power to the new release is URWERK’s in-house UR 12.02 self-winding movement, a state-of-the-art construction that holds a lengthy 48-hour power reserve and 30-meter water resistance. The sapphire backcase acts as an open porthole to the inner workings of the piece, showcasing a modern honeycomb design with engravings to signify the special release. Staying true to its tradition of incorporating a metal band, URWERK fits the UR-100V with a very special bracelet made of 32 black DLC-treated sandblasted titanium links. The new URWERK UR-100V Full Black Titanium is limited to only 25-pieces worldwide and is currently available through an authorized dealer for $67,000.
