The UR-100 Collection welcomes its newest member with a vibrant new design.
Although luxury timepieces embody their own personalities, they are further differentiated with vibrant finishes that attract attention from all angles. While any of URWERK’s UR-100 models stand out as head-turning pieces, the brand continues to find new ways with an extensive color palette. URWERK Geneve is proud to announce the UR-100V UltraViolet as the newest addition to its family of UR-100 variations. At the end of the visible color spectrum, this magnificent purple shade is perceptible and aesthetically pleasing to the human eye. The UR-100V UltraViolet takes shape in a unique 41mm case design made from Violet DLC sand-blasted titanium, with a 12 o’clock positioned crown that operates the functions and settings of the watch.
Under the sapphire crystal lies Urwerk’s complex dial configuration, beautifully indicating the satellite hours, minutes, rotational distance at the equator, orbital distance, hour, and minute functions. Beating beneath the dome of the UR-100V is the new URWERK Calibre 12.02 with its three-satellite time display. A transparent caseback showcases the inner workings of the movement, with a honeycomb-style oscillating weight that rotates while being worn. URWERK fits the new UR-100V UltraViolet with a bright white rubber strap and folding clasp that contrasts against its dark purple case design. The new URWERK Geneve UR-100V UltraViolet is currently available through an authorized dealer with a price tag of $56,000.
