Classico Chrono Tungsten Ref. 7433 (Seen Above)

Since its inception, U-Boat and its founder Italo Fontana have been intrigued by the great materials of the world. Now, joining bronze, magnesium and ceramic, the Classico Chrono (Ref. 7433) is released in 316 AISI stainless steel with a tungsten carbide bezel – the strongest natural metal in the world. The 45 or 53mm tungsten carbide bezel protects the non-glare sapphire crystal and offers stronger resistance for the alluring automatic mechanical chronograph. The 44-hour power-reserve watch features a transparent sapphire case back with skillfully cut U shape. Water resistant to 100 meters, it is offered with black or beige dial.

Chimera U-51, Ref. 7475

U-Boat, with its substantive look and rugged appeal, also has a vintage side thanks to founder Italo Fontana’s passion for vintage culture.  Fontana has incorporated retro-style designs into each of the key collections including the vintage-inspired Chimera U-51 Bronze and “B and B” watches. Thanks to the materials used in these 46mm watches—one in bronze, the other in bronze and black IPB stainless steel—their patina naturally changes with time, making them remarkably intriguing. Incorporating a Top Soigné automatic mechanical chronograph movement, personalized to U-Boat specs for date and stem positioning, the watch offers pure vintage appeal—complete with left-hand crown and crown guard. Just 300 pieces of each will be made.
