The hottest listing scheduled to hit the market might well be the famed Playboy Mansion. Reportedly listed at $200 million, the new owner of the Playboy Mansion can expect 29 rooms, a wine cellar, home theater, game house, gym, tennis court, pool and 22,0000-square-feet of Playboy history. Of course, we can’t forget to mention the famous grotto.
The catch? The illustrious Hugh Hefner, 89 and his 29-year-old wife will retain their residence in the mansion until Hefner’s death.
Though the Playboy Enterprise is asking $200 million once the mansion hits the market, many believe the asking price is too high. According to, Mirror, a comparable home Holmby Hills neighborhood sold for a much lower $60 million.
