On the outside, the Wheelhaus Caboose looks like an incredibly modern cabin, and that is exactly what it is. The front of features a large sliding glass door that leads into the living room from a private deck. The living room is connected to a fully-functional kitchen that features a two-burner cook top, an undercounter refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and cedar stone and/or granite counter tops.
Continue past the kitchen and there is a full bathroom, followed by a bedroom that is sized to fit a king size bed with two side tables. If you head upstairs , there is a loft that is five feet tall and can accommodate two twin-sized beds, or a king size bed. Wheelhaus states that some buyers make the loft their master bedroom and convert the downstairs bedroom into an office or spare room.
The Wheelhaus Caboose has a floorplan area of 400 sq. ft. and 100 sq. ft. of ext. area. The base price for this rolling luxury cabin starts at $97,000, but is adjusted depending on how the buyer customizes it.
