All about bringing like-minded individuals together, Cannonball Run is once again ready to hit the open road. Trekking across the country, uncovering new destinations and exploring new cities is what it’s all about. With camaraderie as the central focus, Cannonballers create memories for a lifetime. The open road was meant to be conquered, and Cannonball Run, from its inception, set out on that exact mission.
The oldest rally in history stemmed from humble roots in 1914. At that time, man and machine manifested in Erwin “Cannonball” Baker and his Indian Motorcylce. Baker completed an 11-day, trans continental trip. In 1933, Baker jumped in the driver’s seat of a Graham-Page Model 57 Blue Streak 8 and set a record for his drive from New York to Los Angeles, and so, the Cannonball Run was born.
The 2016 relaunch marks a milestone for the Cannonball Run. which will surely prove the best yet, as it is sure to make history with a final destination in Cuba.
