At the root of the gathering is the Porsche Taycan, originally released in 2019 as the first full-electric platform from the German automotive manufacturer. The Taycan lineup now expands to an array of configurations that present more opportunities within the EV world, blending comfort, performance, and technological aspects that improve the quality of driving. Being the largest single gathering of Taycan sports cars since its launch, the event showcased 38 unique examples that highlight the diversity and popularity of the brand’s electric initiative. Following a group drive that took the sea of Porsche Taycans along the seaside roads of Australia, the day concluded with an aerial photo of the group in a lightning bolt formation.
