Congratulations to everyone at Porsche Cars North America. You all deserve a pat on the back for winning First Place in J.D. Power’s Customer Service Index Study. Last month the brand was bolstered by the new Porsche 911 for sale being awarded the most dependable and trouble-free new car. Diving deep into customer satisfaction, over 62,500 customers were asked about their experiences. This represents a gain of 17 points over last year, scoring 899 out of 1,000. Owners of cars new to 3 years old were asked to quantify their experiences of the service facility, advisors, quality of the work, and delivery. Any of you that have worked in service know how tough it can be, so don’t trust your car to anyone else.
