Porsche took the stage in Detroit with two new introductions for 2015: the 911 Targa 4 GTS and the Cayenne Turbo S, each with a re-engineered engine packing more power than ever before. A press release issued Jan. 12 details each powerful new release’s features, from the exterior design cues to the tech inside.
The 911 Targa 4 GTS features the first successful combination of GTS design with the Targa concept, and boasts 430 hpm matee black 20-ince center lock wheels, a sport design front end, black air intakes, and the GTS logos in black on the doors, rear and Targa bar. Alcantara lines the seats and steering wheel. Available for purchase in April of this year, the 911 Targa 4 GTS comes with an MSRP of $132,800.
The Cayenne’s latest generation is capable of producing an additional 20 hp from the previous model, reaching a total of 570 hp and 590 ft-lb for power. This powers it to 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.8 seconds, with a top speed of 176 – pretty impressive for a sport SUV. It will also be available for purchase in US Markets beginning in April of this year, with an MSRP of $157,300.
