Our friends over at PrototypeZero.net recently visited the Pagani factory and saw that the company is not only still producing Zondas, but are also creating a new version of the hypercar: the Zonda X. Yes, even though Pagani stated that they would no longer produce the Zonda, we all knew that production on the car would continue.
According to the site’s June 2 post, the Pagani Zonda X is a close relative to the Zonda UNO and its specs are similar to the Zonda 760LM.
What will draw this car out from a crowd of other Zondas is its color, which is similar to the Baby Blue used by the Royal Qatar Family on their exotic cars, or Tiffany Blue. This color continues in the Zonda X’s cabin, where a sequential gearbox, similar to the ones found in 760s, can be spotted. Breaking up the two-tone color scheme from the carbon fiber body panels and blue finish is an Italian tricolore strip that runs down the center of the car.

Right now, the destination of the car is unknown, but the article suggests that it is a possibility that it will be delivered to China. Only time will tell where its home will be, but it’s nice to see Pagani is still showing the legendary Zonda some love.
