A few fans of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream in Dempsey Hill, Singapore were treated to the exotic audio of a Pagani Zonda. Not just any normal Zonda, only 25 of the F Clubsport models were produced. The top model Zonda standard equipment included a lifting system, navigation, ceramic brakes and a race tuned exhaust.
The Zonda F is a fitting tribute to Formula 1 driver Juan Manuel Fangio, and it has extensive differences from the base model. New bodywork at the front and rear produces more downforce, and two additional headlights were fitted for night racing. To make more power, the intake manifold of the 7.3L V12 was enlarged, and the exhaust was fabricated of Inconel. Mr Pagani is never satisfied, so even the weave of the carbon fiber was revised for additional safety and strength. His unique “Z Preg” required new machine tooling, but the results were definitely worth the investment.
At the expense of a slipping a very expensive clutch, the driver allows us to hear what 594 hp and 560 lb-ft of naturally aspirated AMG V12 sounds like. Thank you to Gumbal for uploading, and for Mr Pagani for building a supercar with three pedals.
