It’s every little kid’s dream to go for a drive in one of the world’s fastest cars, and for 7-year-old Michael Hollis, he had a chance to make that dream come true.
Park Place Dealerships, a network of luxury dealers in Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano, Texas, has been a long time supporter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and when they first learned of Michael’s dream to ride in a Bugatti, they did all they could to make it happen. On April 10, they posted an article to their website and a video to their YouTube channel giving us a look at this experience of a lifetime.
Michael and his parents flew from San Antonio and were picked up at the airport in a white stretch limo, kicking off young Michael’s trip with a healthy dose of luxury and relaxation. In the video, you can hear his father explaining how Michael is crazy for video games that feature cars, particularly “Need for Speed.” Upon arriving at the dealership, he was shown all of his favorite cars from his favorite games, given a chance to sit in the driver’s seat of each and then surprised by another special guest.
