Reports are saying that this is actually a fake 250 GTO. Stay with us for more information.
On the German automotive marketplace mobile.de, a pristine 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO is up for sale. With the last 250 GTO selling for $41 million USD, it’s fair to assume that this one will fetch around the same price. If this is your assumption, you’re very correct.
Currently listed at €40 million euros (approx. $53.6 million USD), this Ferrari 250 GTO may be one of the most expensive vehicles sold, depending on the winning bid.

With the 19 percent tax rate considered, taxes alone would be €7.6 million (roughly $10 million). That would take the total cost of this car up to around $63 million.
We have contacted the company listing the car, GT Golden Tower Real Estate and Luxury GmbH for more details. Be sure to stay with us for more information on this historic car and auction as it is released.
