Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG turned Brabus B63 – 620 Widestar

German tuning firm, Brabus, is no stranger to Mercedes-Benz. However their most recent creation has taken the already impressively fast Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG and turned it into one of the meanest seven passenger sport utility vehicles available for purchase: the Brabus B63 – 620 Widestar. For starters, the twin-turbocharged 5.5 liter V8 has been bumped up from 550 horsepower to 620 horsepower. They’ve also given the body a lowered ride height and wider stance, thus improving the center of gravity and allowing for improved grip and reduced lift at high speeds. To accommodate for the increase in power the front intakes have been increased in size so extra air can be fed to the upgraded brakes. The wheels have also been replaced with Brabus “Platinum Edition” 23-inch alloy wheels. Moving around to the back, Brabus has added a more aggressive rear diffuser. This once GL63 AMG has now become the Brabus B63 – 620 Widestar. If you’re looking to get your hands on one of these custom vehicles it’ll cost roughly double the $117,830 asking price of the Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG.
