BRABUS, the famous Mercedes-Benz tuner, has revealed the first details regarding their customization program for the W222 2014 S-Class. The models available will be the B50, B63 and B63S. For each model, BRABUS has used an aerodynamic-enhancement program that not only gives off a sporty, elegant and dynamic design. And of course, each model comes with their famous extensive tuning program and much more.
The B50 is based on the S500 and sees an extra 65 horsepower from its 4.7-liter Biturbo V8. The original horsepower was 445 hp, and is now at 520 hp. Also, the torque jumps to 604 lb-ft. Top speed for the B50 is limited to 186 mph and it has a 0-60 time of 4.2 seconds.
Coming in next is the B63, which is a package for the S63 AMG. Power is increased from 585 hp and 516 lb-ft, to 650 hp and 737 lb-ft with this package.
Also available is the BRABUS B63S, a high-performance version of the B63. With this package, the two production turbos are replaced with two BRABUS turbos that are designed to create higher boost pressure. The B63S produces 730 hp and 785 lb-ft of torque. Top speed for the B63S is limited to 202 mph, but I assure you it can crush that limit if the governor is removed.
