After a successful racing season, AMG engineers have learned how to make their cars and teams more successful. That is why the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT4 has received potent upgrades.
After sculping new aerodynamic features, they turned their attention to cooling. Larger carbon fiber brake ducts force fresh air at thicker front rotors. A larger oil cooler has been placed to scoop turbulent air and keep the engine happy. The hood has gained a heat extractor made of natural fiber-reinforced composite.

Headlights and taillights are upgrades, borrowed from the GT3 program. These LEDs keep the car almost identical to the street-legal AMG GT models while also offering better visibility for drivers and their competitors.
