Production on the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class is underway at the Sindelfingen Plant in Germany. Mercedes has put over $1.30 million into this plant, readying the production line for the all new S-Class.
It has been been around 40 years since the Mercedes-Benz S-Class made its debut, and it looks like this year is going to German automaker’s flagship model.
“2013 is the year of the S-Class. We are driving forward our model offensive in the luxury segment. The new S-Class is opening up additional opportunities for us in the market,” says Dr Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars.
