Lamborghini has released the second video of their Hexagon Project. If you haven’t seen the first video, be sure to watch it here before indulging in the next installment. It’s the second episode in their series and shows the three friends making their way into the Lamborghini factory. They are on a mission to see the “creature car” that Lamborghini plans to unveil at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March.
The “creature car” will be the successor of the Gallardo, which was a best-seller for Lamborghini since its 2003 debut. Originally, we were led to believe that the name of the new supercar would be the Cabrera, but sources from Lamborghini now seem to have confirmed in a Dec. 12 article from AutoExpress.com that it will not. Allegedly, it will be called the Huracan.
Perhaps this will be the actual name of the Gallardo’s successor, or maybe it’s just hear-say. Huracan is Italian for hurricane, and so doesn’t seem incredibly fitting for a supercar Lamborghini refers to as their “creature car.” Until the Geneva Motor Show in March, we’ll keep up with this YouTube mini-series from Lamborghini to find out for ourselves.
