The McLaren P1 has been such a hit in the automotive world that all 375 production units were sold out as of last year. But, the attention the P1 is getting is well deserved; the P1’s futuristic drivetrain, massive power and graceful styling make it one of the greatest cars on the road today.
On Dec. 15, Nue Vue Photography uploaded a video to YouTube of his experience with the soon to be legendary P1. It took place at the Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Florida, where the famous 12 Hours of Sebring race is held.

On his lap around the track in the hybrid hypercar, he noted “the feeling of acceleration in this car is incredible and yet so smooth and quiet.” He also apologized for the lack of exhaust sound due to the car’s exquisite aerodynamics sweeping air right to where his GoPro was placed. But, we can’t be mad at McLaren for their precise aerodynamic engineering.
