Sometimes we all need to be woken up, and this May 24 YouTube video from AutoEmotionenTV will do just that.

The YouTube channel happened to be in a garage where a team was testing the engine of a powerful Maserati MC12 GT1 and decided to stake a GoPro behind the car, facing the exhaust.

Creating the noise is a 6-liter, naturally-aspirated V12 engine sourced from the Ferrari Enzo. In the base MC12, power is rated at 481 lb-ft of torque and 620 hp, with a 0-60 mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph. Specifics for the MC12 GT1 are unknown, but we can imagine that they are even more astounding than the base model’s.

Now, I will warn you, the engine noise does get quite loud, so be sure to watch your volume. However, if you are looking for something to wake up you, turn up the speakers and listen to the MC12 GT1’s glorious exhaust note.
