Lately, Lotus has been making moves in order to take their company to the next level. In November, 2013, the British manufacturer received a $16 million grant from The Regional Growth Fund in order to help with the company’s growth. With that fund, they expanded their reach in the community and created 313 new full-time jobs. Now, according to a press release issued today by Lotus, they’re next step is a new CEO.

Jean-Marc Gales is a man who has created a name for himself in the automotive industry. Gale has experience from being employed at a number of automotive manufacturers, most recently he was the CEO of the European Association of Automotive Suppliers. While he held this position, he revolutionized the company’s working processes and increased corporate members by 24.6%. Gale also took a part in creating the Industry Research &Innovation Strategy and Roadmap for 2025, according to the same press release.
With the introduction of Gales to the throne of Lotus, we look forward to even larger advancements. The company will, without a doubt, be driving forward in progress, research, performance and even more, sales.
