At the Winner’s Circle for the first Dakar Rally was a Range Rover. In order to show the world just how capable their latest 4WD truly is, a pair of 2021 Land Rover Defender 110 will support this year’s Dakar Rally. They will serve as crew transport, logistics, and a respite for team Bahrain Raid Xtreme.
The P400e models have six-cylinder power along with a hybrid system. With an electric range of 27 miles and a payload of 1,985 lbs, the team will have fuel-efficient and practical transportation across the desert. This year debuts their first configurable Terrain Response system. With the ability to fine-tune the parameter for sand, mud, and pavement, your Defender is only limited by your imagination.
