Koenigsegg quietly unveiled their newest supercar over the weekend: the Koenigsegg Agera S. This new supercar will be between the Agera and the Agera R and is designed for markets where E85 is either unavailable or scarce.
The power output of the Koenigsegg Agera S is a bit lower than the Agera R due to the lower octane rating of E85. This means that the Agera S will put our 1,016 hp instead of the Agera R’s 1,140. 0-62 mph runs will be possible in just 2.9 seconds and the top speed is to be around 250 mph. All of the power comes from the twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 found in all Ageras. Mated to the engine is a seven-speed dual clutch transmission.
You can still order your Agera S, and both left and right-hand drive options are still available.
