In its original concept form, the Jaguar C-X75 had the potential to change the world. A hybrid hypercar powered by a small diesel turbine was planned for production, but the global financial meltdown forced Jaguar to reconsider such lofty goals.
Work on five chassis was well underway when the project was cancelled, and they received a 542 hp 5.0L V8 from the F-Type SVR. C-X75 has more carbon fiber than any previous Jaguar, with many styling influences from the classic XJ220.
Rarely seen in public, a keen car spotter known as Jeroen was quick to record the car’s departure from Top Marques of Monaco. Driving or even moving a car of this importance is a nerve wrecking adventure, especially when surrounded by shutterbugs. Thank you to CarSpotter Jeroen for the great footage and stay tuned to Autofluence for more rare concept cars.
