Europeans will soon be able to get the Ford Mustang off of their local lots thanks to a strategic move by Ford.
Ford has not announced when it would make the Mustang available in Europe but they did say that it will be available there in the near term. This could mean that the Mustang might not even be brought over until the 2015 redesigned model. This may be the case considering the redesigned Mustang is meant to cater more towards the European crowd. Ford is doing this by powering the Mustang with a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. And Ford is also using independent suspension in the rear instead of the straight axle.
Nevertheless, the Mustang will be available to the Europeans soon.
