Founded in December 2021, Broad Arrow Group has quickly gained momentum within the collector car market, offering a new platform for buying and selling across multiple channels including live auctions, private sales, and financing solutions. In 2022, Collector’s Garage—Broad Arrow’s private sales business—completed more than 60 private sales with an average transaction value well in excess of $1M, highlighted by some of the market’s most significant motor cars, including one of the lowest mileage Ferrari F50s in the world. Another highlight is the sale of an impressive 1979 Porsche 935, the last in a line of ever-evolving, factory-built customer Porsche 911-based race cars and the overall winner of the 1979 24 Hours at Daytona. Highlighting the company’s current inventory on offer is the 1965 Shelby 289 Cobra, CSX 2588, which is the second to last Shelby 289 Cobra built. As part of the Shelby family collection that once housed the Shelby Cobra prototype CSX 2000, CSX 2589 was personally constructed for Carroll Shelby himself. Naturally, with no immediate plans to sell such a personal vehicle, this 289 Cobra, the penultimate small-block produced, and the last to be sold to the public when new, is an intriguing ‘bookend’ example of one of the standout icons – automotive or otherwise – of the 20th century. This example represents the last of the breed. With regular servicing, a known list of previous owners, and listed within SAAC World Registry of Cobras & GT40s, Collectors Garage is proud to offer a significant matching numbers example of Carroll Shelby’s finest creation.

Another exciting highlight is the 2003 Lamborghini Murciélago. One of only nine R-GT models built, this example was the first model to be developed as a true FIA compliant racing car. With Lamborghini now being owned by Audi, the Italian manufacturer was able to partner with Audi Sport and the renowned motorsports experts at German-based Reiter Engineering to produce this stunning Murciélago R-GT. Assembled in May of 2003, Reiter began their process of converting a standard Murciélago to a full GT1 spec racing car that would compete in the 2004 FIA GT Championship where it was driven by Oliver Gavin and Peter Kox to a podium finish at Circuit de Valencia. Accompanied by a file of FIA records and technical information, various service records are also all available for inspection. Under current ownership, this Lamborghini received a precautionary complete fluid replacement and track shakedown and now awaits the setup preferences of its next pilot. A truly unique example, this Murciélago is eligible for many desirable racing events such as the Endurance Racing Legends series at Le Mans or simply for the next collector to admire.
