For Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's movies, he relies on his Tanoai Reed to do all of his stunts. Reed has been The Rock's stunt double since 2002 when they worked together for "The Scorpion King." Since they've been working together, Reed has "broken multiple bones, severed tendons, and torn ligaments, according to The Rock. Recently, Reed sustained an injury during his stuntwork and he's been recovering since. It's not fun recovering from a serious injury, so that's why The Rock picked this moment in time to repay Reed for all of the literal blood, sweat and tears that he's put into his movies. The Rock's gift to him was a custom Ford truck, complete with a massive bow on top.
