TechArt GTstreet R
Every auto manufacturer is guilty of leaving performance on the table. They must play it safe to avoid warranty issues and often times the engineers are forced to make sacrifices in the name of fuel economy. But the aftermarket exists to see production cars reach their full potential, and nobody does it better than TechArt. As a leader in German car modifications, they have spent countless late nights building their latest creation: 2017 TechArt GTstreet R.
Starting with a solid foundation of a 911 Turbo or Turbo S, almost every component is replaced with their designs. Active aerodynamics provide over 700 lbs of downforce when fully deployed, because this car needs more grip than you have experienced on the street. Doing so while offering less drag than a factory 911 was not easy to do. Weight was also reduced because the new body panels are carbon fiber. Since the new body is much wider, it allows the front tires to measure in at 265/35/20, with 325/30/20 on the rear.
The Admiral’s Cup line from Corum was first introduced in 1960, and was one of the first ever water-resistant square watches created. Today, the line has grown to include more than a dozen different designs housing countless movements, including their latest masterpiece: the Legend 47 Worldtimer.
It takes confidence to remove the manufacturer’s name from a vehicle and replace it with your own. But in the case of Overfinch, whose jewel-like enamelled letters adorn the hood of the world’s most sought-after Range Rovers
, that confidence is fully justified. And now, with the arrival of a wholly-owned Overfinch subsidiary in the USA, customers in North America can enjoy Overfinch quality and style for themselves.
The McLaren 570S
easily transitions from the race track to the weekend getaway. Though dubbed an entry-level sports car, its power and performance do not disappoint. A lightweight carbon fiber tub coupled with 562 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 time in 3.2 seconds. Still, the McClaren 570S
was meant for the street, and includes interiors features like a glove box, additional well-placed storage space, and ergonomic seats. The 570S flirts with boundaries and pushes perceptions.
In 2007, ONEflight launched a mission to change the industry by reducing the cost of flying private jets, which has continued to rise year after year due to certain industry inefficiencies. Out of over 5,000 daily private jet flights, more than 1,500 fly empty. Although the industry has continously failed in attempts to solve this issue, ONEflight has already layed out the path in developing the technology with the solution.
Jewelry as a public canvas. Public, because most art hangs in private galleries or in homes behind closed doors. Not our jewelry. It’s right there, on the street and in your face. Far more than a shiny little trinket made in China, it’s a skillfully designed statement about who you are and the freedoms you believe in, displayed front and center. And it doesn’t care if the weak can’t handle the strength of your message.
