From Nov. 14-16, Winter Park, Florida, just outside of Orlando, was overrun with an unusually welcomed invasion. Tens of thousands of automotive enthusiasts from all across the Southeast convened for the 13th annual Winter Park Concours d’Elegance weekend.
Of course, duPont REGISTRY was there to kick the weekend off on the right foot with the annual duPont REGISTRY Live Aeroport Reception and Battle of the Heavyweights. Benefitting the Seminole Kids House, the Battle of the Heavyweights is a race down a runway unlike anything usually seen.
The Tour d’Elegance followed the Aeroport Reception on Saturday as a parade of more than 70 classic and exotic vehicles explored the backroads of Central Florida after enjoying gourmet breakfasts at some of downtown Winter Park’s finest restaurants.

Sunday saw the Concours d’Elegance itself, with hundreds of the rarest and most exotic vehicles flocking to the Winter Park golf course to enter for their chance to win one of the car show’s coveted titles. Ranging from the classic “Best in Show,” to “Car Collector of the Year,” to “duPont REGISTRY’s People’s Choice,” the winners were selected by a panel of highly authoritative judges and the votes of attendees.
