The Motor Trend International Auto Show made its way through the Tampa Convention Center Nov. 14-16, drawing thousands of enthusiasts and curious drivers to the downtown area for the 2014 Tampa Bay International Auto Show. There were displays and test drives offered by every major manufacturer, from Infiniti, to Toyota, to Porsche and BMW. Hundreds of brand-new cars, exotics, classics sat out on the floor with doors open, waiting for everyone to take their turn sitting behind the wheel.
Of course, the true highlight was the duPont REGISTRY Live booth. Two viewing areas sat in front of our massive sign, allowing the pages of our magazine to come to life. To the left sat an\ Ferrari FF and 458 courtesy of Ferrari of Tampa Bay next to Publisher and CEO Tom duPont’s 1939 Lincoln Mercury Zephyr “Z-Livery.” A 2012 Ford Mustang Widebody GT Convertible with Alpine premium stereo equipment showed off the prowess of Blvd Customs and provided a soundtrack to the day.

To the right was an assortment of another level with a steady stream of foot traffic circumnavigating its borders each day. Hulk Hogan’s own Viper RT/10, the Hulkster, sat next to a white Jaguar F-Type from Jaguar of Tampa, an orange Gallardo from Lamborghini Sarasota and a black Mercedes-Benz SL63 and silver SLK55 AMG from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa Bay
