October in Florida signals the return of a truly unique migratory creature known as the “Snow Bird.” We awoke to a chill (66 degrees) last Saturday, and we knew that the perfect weather would cause another incredible turnout to our Cars and Coffee show. In order to avoid the breakfast buffet traffic, this month’s Cars and Coffee had breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and fruit for sale from the Rally Convenience Store at Ulmerton Ave. and 34th street.

First in was Mercedes-Benz of Tampa with a new S550 Coupe. Hennessey Performance made an entrance with their supercharged HPE 650 Stingray. Our friends at Corsa America Rally were in full force, promoting their upcoming events. A pristine pearl Countach was placed in our VIP spot and provided a blast to the past. Lamborghini Sarasota brought 3 cars, including the new Huracán. Our monthly supporters arrived from Reeves, Crown, Dimmitt and Ferrari Tampa Bay.
We had more than 300 of our closest friends show up with some wild rides. Two vintage Pontiac GTOs were parked next to an LS3 swapped Chevy Wagon from 1983. Corvettes and Camaros were parked with their clubs, and a 1963 Chevy Impala SS on hydraulics rolled in on 3 wheels. Our Cars and Coffee is the most diverse gathering you will see this side of Pomona, and next month on Nov. 15 our after party will be at the Tampa Bay International Auto Show.
Be sure to come out and join us next month, and in the meantime, enjoy the video above from Dimmitt Automotive Group’s YouTube channel, and the photos below.
