Over the weekend of Feb. 22, hundreds of automotive enthusiasts from across the country and around the world gathered in Boca Raton for a celebration of the automotive industry’s finer points. Of course, to kick it all off, a duPont REGISTRY Live event was more than necessary.
Atlantic Aviation’s runway at the Boca Raton Airport on Friday, Feb. 20 was packed full with impressive displays and tantalizing foods from South Florida’s finest restaurants, all of which kept hundreds of guests well entertained during a cool but comfortable evening. Though a little rain around 9 pm encouraged an earlier ending to the evening, the event was more than a hit, with proceeds benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County.
You can check out a video of the event, uploaded to Vimeo Feb. 28 by Car Show TV, above.
Friday night’s duPont REGISTRY Live event was also the inaugural event for the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino VIP space, which added the flare of aerial acrobats, professional dancers and a DJ to the night. The event was sponsored by Ulysse Nardin, who arrived with an aquatic display to rival most.
Other sponsors of Friday night include:
Palm Beach International Raceway
North Trail RB Airstream Sprinter
Nextand Aerospace Jet
California Custom Sport Trucks
Cheoy Lee Shipyards
