The Vegas event built for every off-road enthusiast is back this October, this time in Chandler, Ariz. After seeing what the free event had to offer this past June, there’s no doubt that even those who’ve never been off-road will want to be there. Thousands of Ford SVT Raptor owners come together on desert grounds to enjoy their vehicles with other owners.
They can meet professionals and Ford employees that have taken part in the development and distribution of the vehicles, and even learn from them. The VORE Raptor Round-Up is a monumental event that allows for drivers of all levels to come and take their trucks around an oval dirt track, at least to start.
As the day goes on and your skills improve, you’ll get the chance to go a step further and run through other courses filled with bumps, jumps and hills to climb. To assist in the growth of your off-road skills, professionals are available to teach you the ropes and help you to become a professional yourself.
Perhaps you don’t have a Raptor? Don’t let that stop you from attending. In addition to the available professionals that teach you how to properly rip up the dirt, VORE will provide you with a Raptor to take around the track so you still have the chance to be a part of the event.
Just in case you weren’t paying attention, it’s all free. VORE takes care of almost everything; food, refreshments and gas are all you pay. The event will be taking place on Oct. 26 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. so be the first there and sign up ahead of time. Below, you’ll find a link to sign up. Enjoy.
