American cars have been getting faster and more efficient than ever before, and no two models better embody both traits than the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and the Tesla Model S P85D. But even though they both are unlike anything the world has seen before, they couldn’t be more different from each other.
The P85D is a completely electric car capable of the same 0-60 mph time as the McLaren F1. The Hellcat is a 707 hp muscle car and the most powerful sedan ever, pulling all of that power from a gasoline-powered, supercharged 6.2-liter hemi.

So what happens when the two go up against each other? StreetCarDrags uploaded a video to YouTube Jan. 18 of exactly that – a drag race between the two.
