Fresh off winning the Pro-Am World Championship and North America Dealer Championship, Lamborghini Palm Beach takes delivery of the first 2 of 6 Brand-New Race Cars for the upcoming Super Trofeo season. Featuring uncompromising design, optimized aerodynamics and a new braking system, the new Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 is the most high-performance vehicle ever designed for the one-make championship.
Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2
From a design perspective, the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 pushes the essence of past Huracán generations to the extreme, hinting at what vehicles on the road could look like in a few years. Its front-end features new high-intensity full LED light clusters with a hexagonal design, an aggressive “omega” lip that joins the sleek carbon-fiber fins and new air curtain intakes to optimize airflow. At the rear, below the large yet light carbon-fiber wing, are new LED light clusters, an arched carbon-fiber bumper and redesigned diffuser fins.
Performance-wise, this rear-wheel drive supercar has everything to feel at home on the race track. Its powerful 5.2-liter, naturally aspirated V10 engine is paired with a sequential six-speed X-Trac gearbox and can deliver up to 620 HP. The new braking system by Squadra Corse now features 390 mm thick steel front discs (up 10 mm from the previous 380 mm) and new calipers, allowing larger pads to optimize performance.

Impressive Results for Lamborghini Palm Beach’s Racing Teams
The Super Trofeo Race Program is the fastest single make motorsport series in the world, making it a proving ground for even seasoned professional drivers to hone their skills. Lamborghini Palm Beach has dominated the scene in 2021, its teams and drivers walking away with 12 poles, 15 wins and 29 podiums. Their goals seem to be just as ambitious for this upcoming season, based on their dealer-leading six (6) entries.

The Precision Performance Motorsports (PPM) team drivers are currently the defending champions of the 2021 Pro-Am World Championship and will also defend their claim to the LB Cup North America Championship later this year. In its 19 years of existence, PPM has previously competed in NASCAR Xfinity Series and the K&N Pro Series before making the jump to Lamborghini sports cars in IMSA & SRO America.
Taurino Racing/D Motorsports based in West Palm Beach, Florida has an international reputation for achieving championship results. Multiple leading brands have acquired their expertise in motorsports. Entering the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Race Series only last year, the Taurino Racing/D Motorsports team has already proven its competitive strength.

Super Trofeo North America 2022 Schedule
The Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 will make its North American debut on April 29 at the Weatertech Raceway Laguna Seca in California, kicking off the local Super Trofeo 2022 season, whose schedule was recently unveiled:
