When you sign a contract to play professional sports, there are a lot of conditions written throughout it. Not being able to participate in strenuous activities is typically one of the conditions. However, when Mario Balotelli signed his contract, one of the activities he was barred from participating in was go-karting.
This didn’t sit well with Balotelli as he apparently loves go-karting, but moving to AC Milan was a no brainer. To work around this condition, Balotelli did something extreme.
That’s right, Balotelli took his Ferrari 458 on the go-kart track with the owner’s permission. “We let him take his new Ferrari out on the track and he was roaring around laughing and having fun,” said track owner Joe Ghiringhelli.
It’s a bit odd that something like go-karting would be banned, considering that I’ve never seen a single injury in my amateur amusement park go-karting career.
