March is almost over and summer is just around the corner, meaning that across the Northern hemisphere and around the globe, supercar owners are preparing to kick off rally season.
One of the biggest and best-known rallies is the Gumball 3000 Rally, a 3,000 mile journey that crosses through dozens of countries and more than one continent over the course of seven days. Scheduled to begin May 23 in Stockholm and end in Las Vegas, Nevada, this year’s rally is sure to be huge, and Betsafe is already fully loaded and prepared for the trek.
A gallery uploaded to their Facebook page today shows off the modified Audi RS6 DTM that world-famous freeskier and supercar enthusiast Jon Olsson will driving around the world. When you combine the aesthetic upgrades with the performance enhancements, it’s a gorgeous piece of machinery to behold.

“I have always loved the crazy widebody style of DTM cars and it’s been a dream to build a similar car for the road,” states Jon Olsson in the post’s caption, “but I also need a car that has enough space to carry all my ski gear to the slopes, so the decision was made to see what we could do with an Audi RS6.”
The engine has been retuned to produce up to 950 hp, and is equipped with 18 karat gold andodized TTE9XX turbochargers. Former Koenigsegg Chief Engineer Leif Tufvesson assisted in the design process of this incredible rally participant, which makes heavy use of carbon fiber throughout the body work.
