Bentley is returning to Finland with their famous “Power on Ice,” a month-long event running from Feb. 6 to Mar. 6, where guests can experience the power and ability of different Bentley models on the cold, icy circuits of Finland. Guests will also receive the chance to witness the techniques of four-time World Rally Champion Juha “Bentley Boy” Kankkunen.
Power on Ice is going to also be the Flying Spur’s debut with its first entry in the winter-driving circuits. The Flying Spur is Bentley’s perfect blend of luxury and performance, meaning driver’s experience maximum comfort while behind the wheel of record breaking performance. The sedan is equipped with Bentley’s 6.0-Liter turbocharged W12 engine that produces 616 bhp and boasts a top speed of 200 mph, making it the fastest sedan in the world.
“The Flying Spur is going to be an excellent addition to the Power on Ice experience and we’re looking forward to showing what it is capable of. There’s going to be something special about driving a luxury car you’d expect to see in Monte Carlo or London across the snow and frozen lakes,” said Kankkunen in an Oct. 29 press release.
The resort will be placing guests only 37 miles from the Arctic Circle, in a spot offering some of Finland’s most breathtaking views. Lucky attendees will not only go for adrenaline filled rides in some of Bentley’s famous Continental GT and Flying Spur rally vehicles but also have the chance to unwind and enjoy a beautiful mountain resort.
