As of Feb. 18, we know the 2016 Audi R8’s specs. It will come in two variants: the V10 and V10 Plus. The base V10 will pump out 540 hp and 399 lb-ft of torque, while the V10 Plus is good for 610 hp and 412 lb-ft of torque. The V10 will have a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds, while the V10 Plus’ is 3.2 seconds.
These are fantastic power and performance numbers, making us excited for when we see the new Audi R8 for sale. But, that won’t be fore a few months as the car hasn’t even been officially unveiled yet.
