Aston Martin has just unveiled what may be one of the most impressive models they’ve ever produced: the Vulcan.
A press release issued today details some the specs of this new beast, which will only have 24 examples created. It’s the “most potent iteration yet” of the company’s naturally aspirated 7.0-liter V12, which was developed in conjunction with Aston Martin Racing.
This front-mid engine sports car will create 811+ hp, with rear wheel drive that draws heavy inspiration from the GT program.
“Aston Martin Vulcan is, by its very nature, a rare and thrilling supercar,”CEO of Aston Martin Dr. Andy Palmer stated in the release. “Designed and engineered to deliver a genuinely bespoke driving experience that draws on our rich heritage, this car tailors its power and handling to both the capabilities of the driver and the characteristics of the track.”
Those who are interested in becoming an owner will be offered a fully-immersive track driving experience by Aston Martin. These driver training events will be held at racetracks around the world and taught by some of Aston Martin’s leading drivers.
The Vulcan is set to make its full debut at the 85th Geneva International Motor Show. Be sure to stay with us for more updates as the show draws closer, and be sure to browse our inventory of Aston Martin listings by hitting the button below.
