If you are interested in taking an Aston Martin out on the ice for some professional driving lessons, and if you happen to also live in North America, you are in luck. Aston Martin announced in a March 17 press release the success of their 2014 On Ice driving program at Crested Butte, Colo.
This program allows customers to experience the full capabilities of the Aston Martin range and hone their driving skills on a track made of snow. The track was custom-built for the occasion, thanks to a fleet of construction vehicles plowing through a field of snow. Each participant took part in braking, cornering and handling exercises before taking on the mile long track.
“After this hugely successful first year we expect the On Ice program to become a mainstay of our customer experience offerings here in North America,” said President of Aston Martin The Americas, Julia Jenkins, in the press release. “The ability to experience a range of our cars in a unique and controlled environment resonates with Aston Martin customers and enthusiasts who are united by a shared passion for driving.”
The 2015 Aston martin On Ice program is set to next take place February 2015. For further information, email: email@example.com.
