GTBOARD.com hosts several videos of different exotic supercars racing, as well as other events that we dream of seeing. On Oct. 6, they posted a video that truly caught our eye, a Bugatti Veyron Vitesse racing a Koenigsegg Agera Rx4. It goes without saying that from a steady speed the acceleration of the Agera was just too much for the Vitesse. Racing up and down a private strip of asphalt, the supercars scream as their manifolds are opened wide.
“Because his grip now is so much better, maybe he starts in second gear,” you’ll hear the driver of the Vitesse explain in the video as his passenger agrees.
While the video as a whole is impressive, hearing these two cars race, sitting in the passenger seat of both as they speed alongside each other. The key thing we take from this is the Agera winning again and again. Granted, while these gentlemen are not likely professional drivers under controlled conditions that the manufacturers would like to see, the fact that the Agera was so monstrous in the face of the Vitesse is incredible.
Seeing the results of the video has us itching, no, shaking with anticipation for the Koenigsegg One:1 that’s currently in the works. Surely, if this is the power of the car that they are building the idea of the One:1 from, it could very well be the pinnacle of exotic supercars.
