Because this is the 21st century, and because bigger and badder is always better, the Ferrari F12berlinetta has a new look for the Middle East. DMC has unveiled the F12 “SPIA” Middle East Edition, which is, as the name suggests, exclusively for the Middle East market.
With 729 hp available, the Berlinetta was capable of more horsepower than any of the street-legal Ferraris to precede it, but DMC cranked it up another notch. Through remapping the ECU and adding a titanium exhaust, the 6.3 liter V12 is now capable of 755 hp and a top speed of 219 mph.
The engine is stronger and a smart looking matte black stripe grazes the contours of a more aerodynamic body. A carbon fiber kit widens the body and improves the hood, with a prominent lip splitter, a rear diffuser and an optional roof scoop. The rear diffuser was completely revamped, and the new spoiler wing’s design was inspired by the 599XX.
22-inch Pirelli sport tires, 255/40 on the front and 335/25 on the rear, offer a better handling with customized coloration. The wheels are available in Virgin Gold, Brushed Alloy with Black, or any desired finish the customer would like.
In designing the driver’s seat, DMC has made it clear that their customers sit there completely through the whole process. The interior is offered in a variety of Italian fine leathers with a redesigned steering wheel, though the entire interior can be completely customized to a client’s specifications.
