Las Vegas is notorious for big lights, big games, big risks and big events. From Nov. 4 to Nov. 7, it played host to one of the largest gatherings of automotive specialty products and enthusiasts for the 2014 SEMA Show. The Specialty Equipment Market Assocation (SEMA) drew more than 60,000 domestic and international buyers, according to their website, as well as “the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products.”
WIth displays ranging from the live track demonstrations of a Ford Raptor by VORE, to the Jeep made of sand sporting American Force Wheels accessories, attendees were busy from the moment they walked through the doors. Lexani, ICON, VORE, Forgiato, Vosson, Sean Hyland, Galpin, Lingenfelter, Car Capsule, Akrapovic, B Forged Savini, Giovanna and Starwood were all represented, and even ADV1 was in town with a suite nearby the convention center. Displays from every major player in the industry were found in each corner, from manufacturers showing off their newest one-off creations, like the 600 hp Sleeper Camry from Toyota, to aftermarket tuners with their latest creations.

The after parties never seemed to stop, and each was more impressive than the last. Of course, the coups de gras was the duPont REGISTRY Live After Party at 1OAK Las Vegas, which featured Nick Cannon spinning as DJ.
Didn’t get to attend this year? Don’t worry, because the 2015 SEMA Show is scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 3-6. Mark your calendars now; this event is not one to miss.
