The Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Central Valley is holding their 21st Annual Collector Car Drawing.
They will be giving away a museum quality 1962 Chevrolet Corvette with a ‘Triple Black’ color configuration. Appraised at $123,000, this Corvette is in superb condition and has been professionally restored to perfection. This all numbers matching car has only 76 miles since restoration was completed. Under the hood is the optional 327 V8 engine that sends 340 hp through a four-speed manual transmission.
Ticket sales for the drawing began on January and conclude on the second Saturday of November, 2014. The drawing itself will be held at the Ronald McDonald House’s Annual Red Heart Ball in Fresno, California.
Since 1984, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Central Valley has been providing a “home away from home” and resources to children and their families who are going through some of the toughest times they might ever face. Instead of sleeping in hospital waiting rooms or paying for numerous nights at hotels or motels, parents and family stay at the Ronald McDonald House. Here they will have an extended family – other guests – who are experiencing the same concerns who are able to offer emotional support and a sympathetic ear. The Ronald McDonald House’s goal is to provide comfort, hope and relief so families can focus on what really matters – getting their children well.
